Prices and Taxes
All prices listed do not include GST. Any applicable GST will be added separately based on current rates.
Payment Terms
Payments should be made in three parts: 60% as an advance with the purchase order 40% after delivering Product
Delivery and Work Schedule
Work will start within one week after the purchase order is received.
It is important to have access to the site and get the necessary approvals from the client on time to stay on schedule.
Training
Free training will be provided when the system is handed over to make sure the user can operate and understand how the system works.
Defect Liability Period
The time period during which defects can be fixed is 24 months starting from when the project is completed and handed over. If there are any problems caused by poor manufacturing or bad work, they will be fixed or replaced at no cost, right at the site. The client must make sure there is a steady and correct electricity supply of 230 volts alternating current at 50 hertz, and that the electrical system is properly grounded.

The client is responsible for all electrical and civil work, including preparing the site and setting up any needed infrastructure.
Product Warranty
Only Camera product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of completion, which covers any issues caused by faulty manufacturing or problems with how the product works.
Free Service
One year of free on-site service is given from the day the equipment is installed. This includes normal maintenance and small repairs.
Quotation Validity
All quotes are valid for thirty days from the date they are issued.
Cancellation Policy
If a purchase order is cancelled after it has been issued, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged.
Liability
The company is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or accidental damages that result from using or not being able to use the products or services.
